When can I join?

• Note: SIGNUPS CLOSE ON THE 28TH EVERY MONTH @ 11:59PM PST.
• Make sure to sign up for email notifications so you don't miss out!

When are monthly mails shipped out?

• Monthly mails are sent on the 28th of the same month
• Note: Because monthly mails are shipped at the beginning of the month, it is normal for your 2nd billing to occur before you receive your first mail - but rest assured you will receive your mail soon!

When will my mail arrive?

• Members in USA: within 1 week since shipment
• Members Worldwide: anywhere from 2-4 weeks since shipment (please wait patiently and contact me if it's been 4+ weeks since the shipping notification and you still haven't received your mail)

NO TRACKING

• All Pokémailers will be sent via snail mail/stamps, meaning no tracking numbers are included.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime.
• Note: When you paused but want to resume for a specific edition, please make sure to resume before your billing date, otherwise the system will skip that edition for you.
